Update on my mom, among other things...

Okay, I'm really starting to feel guilty for not blogging. Especially considering this is really my only form of journal keeping. Just thought I'd update anyone interested about my mom's surgery. It went very well-the doctor was planning to only remove 2 tumors from her right lung, but he was able to remove 5 instead, which is absolutely amazing! My mom was in the ICU for only a couple of days, and has since returned home to fully recover. I thank Heavenly Father every day for the success of the surgery, and I'm so grateful to my mom for her unfailing faith in such a difficult trial. And thank you everyone for your prayers. :)

I love this picture of my mom.

As for the goings-on in our life, Adam is currently working on a project for his digital image processing class, and it's turning out very well. From what I gather, the images he's constructing look really cool, that's all I know. ^_^ I'm just starting on a programming project, which our teacher assigned at the last minute. Grrr. But I'm learning a lot about statistical programming, and am actually enjoying it! Ok, now that you're all snoring, I'll just end by saying that the highlight of our month thus far has been our 12+ hour marathon of Star Wars...seriously. Can we say, pathetic? Can't wait for the summer to save us from this insanity!

A little Star Wars trivia: Which planet is Anakin from? C-3PO is fluent in over...? What were the last words of the Emperor, Obi Wan, Darth Vader, and Yoda before they died?
Anyone???

Star Wars...hmmm, let's see I think it is in the Hall blood. I was told it was an absolute pre-requisite that I love this movie before seeing it with Dennis...LOL!
